Nxtjob wasn't born in a boardroom. It was born from 137 unanswered job applications, two scam interviews, and one very simple belief: finding work shouldn't feel like screaming into the void.

From Frustration to Platform

2024

The Frustration

Bryan applied to 137 jobs across JobStreet and LinkedIn in 3 months. Got 4 replies. Two were scams. The system was broken, and no one was fixing it.

Early 2025

The Question

"What if AI could read a resume the way a human would — but in seconds? And what if it could match BOTH ways, so companies find YOU?" Bryan started building the first prototype in his bedroom in Kuala Lumpur.

Mid 2025

The Breakthrough

The auto-scheduling engine worked. For the first time, a candidate was matched, scored, and had an interview booked — all without a single email. Total time: 47 hours from signup to interview.

2026

The Mission Begins

Nxtjob launched in Malaysia and Singapore. Not as another job board, but as the first AI recruitment platform where the matching never stops and the interviews schedule themselves.
